One of my primary goals is to preserve the farmland for all the obvious reasons. Water; we must directly address the problem(s), supply, purity

| Stockton Ca. is a medium sized town/ city in the middle of the San Joaquin/ Sacramento Valley. It is mostly agriculture, (more in the past), whith some of the richest farmland in the world. However, you might have heard, is the capital of over building causing many foreclosures. This was promoted by greedy builders, (contractors buying off public & private agencies), and the greedy ignorant, egotistical narcissistic corrupt public officials! |

I have an idea how to stop the train whistles, or horns. A strobe light strategically aimed, at car roof top level, at
oncoming traffic, thereby warning of an oncoming train, would be more effective than the sound that we now have,

After attending the last "Blue Ribbon"
Delta task force show last Thursday, I
think, (As far as the people in power
think, that it is
a far gone conclusion that there will
be a diversion of water from the
Delta. These are the same type's of
people, both private and the public
officials, that want to rape our
farmland.
Unless the general public stands up,,
we can kiss goodbye our way of life!

An update; things are states quo, whith the same idiots running the show. Even though Stockton is the "Mud capital" of the US, they still want to destroy.
